NDIS Disability Plan Management for Microsoft Dynamics 365
Introduction to NDIS Disability Plan Management
“Automate administration, budgets, invoices, claims and finance management while delivering personalized client plan outcomes.”
NDIS Disability Plan Management for Dynamics 365 is an enterprise software designed to enhance the administration and finance management processes in healthcare organizations such as NDIS Service Providers, Aged Care, and other disability supports. From vendor/client submission of invoices through email, “self-service” client portal, invoices are processed, including client account assignment with NDIS ID, to create a “PM Invoice” in Dynamics 365. The PM Invoice generates a payment request claim submission to NDIA. Upon successful claim payment, PM Invoice proceeds to next stage being invoice sent to accounting/finance system, ready for payment.

Summary
NDIS Disability Plan Management solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an enterprise-grade software platform designed to automate and streamline the administrative and financial management processes for healthcare providers, including NDIS Service Providers and Aged Care facilities. The system focuses on achieving high levels of straight-through processing (up to 80% automation) by managing the entire financial lifecycle, from the initial submission of vendor or client invoices through to final payment.
The platform’s key strength lies in its automated invoice and claim process. Invoices, submitted via email or a _self-service client portal+, are immediately processed into a “PM Invoice” in Dynamics 365, which automatically handles client account assignment and NDIS ID linking. This action then triggers the payment request submission to the NDIA (National Disability Insurance Agency). Upon successful claim payment from the NDIA, the system sends the final invoice to the accounting system for payment processing.
Building on the Microsoft Dataverse and integrating with Microsoft 365 tools, the solution ensures enhanced compliance and governance while delivering significant cost and time savings by replacing multiple disparate systems. Key features include Client Onboarding to manage support profiles and funding sources, seamless Service Agreement creation with e-signature options, and robust Finance, Invoicing, and Payments management. Furthermore, the inclusion of Client and Family Portals and Power BI reporting provides transparency and valuable data-driven insights into key metrics like budget tracking and client satisfaction.
