Once commercial terms are confirmed (typically after Quote acceptance and/or Order creation), the engagement transitions into a Matter.
A Matter represents the active legal file where work is delivered, time is tracked, expenses are managed, and documentation is maintained.
Matters form the operational core of the Legal Hub and are used to:
